I read the bug report

Frank, as  a redhat user do you have this problem ?
on the debian side there is no problem so far,
I'll look into that next week 'cause I have a big presentation on friday
and I cannot concentrate on something else right now
However the problem should be easy to fix.
one can advise to use the option --force or --nodeps with rpm -i in the mean 
time

I fixed it already because it was a problem in RedHat. I fixed it by
having the man pages moved to the documentation directory, so
/usr/doc/libclfw-dev/doc/man/man3.
