[Corelinux-develop] ltdl

libtool comes with a small library ltdl (libtool dynamic linker) which helps
library loading.
should we include it in corelinux if we follow libtool to do library loading?

It is included on most all Linux. We need to add the test for it
(although I think it may be there by default) in the configure.in
script.
