[Corelinux-develop] Sourceforge Task Manager

Today in my first day to browse the Task Manager after
actively joining SourceForge since May of this year.
[Sorry for my incognizance].

Specifically, I looked at the libcorelinux++
implementation section. I responded this this group
that I'll work on Semaphore and Thread.
Assuming the information on the web page is update,
I'd like to know what is the remaining 20% needs to be
done on Semaphore and 75% on Thread.

We don't have an EventSemaphore
We don't have Signal Management for Threads
