The problem is not doxygen but your tex configuration
corelinux++ documentation is SO big that your TeX config cannot handle it
anymore.

I have the config on my machine
by config I mean a file called texmf.cnf
we have to change certains settings (memory settings)
do you want to do that?
going back to the previous version may work since there are less classes and
graphics to handle but you will have the problem in the future since the
documentation is growing constantly
