Hi, I think we must build a list of task from different point of view : 1 - from user 2 - from developer 3 - from rules and dictionary editor 4 - from tester 5 - from promoter organize task to see what is "serial" and what could be "parallel" work , order serial task and recruit. 1 - from user - need a sample UI for particular tool we can aggregate later ( dictionnary , conjugation tool, sample spellchecker ... ) -> need multiple process to dissociate entry from answer 2 - from developer "je passe mon tour" 3 - from rules and dictionary editor - fix file format we will use - build tool to edit rules and dictionnary - build documentation about grammatical parsing and grammatical dictionary encoding (use it to build test file) 4 - from tester - get a sample UI - build an inventory of problems ( grammatical parsing problem, missing words .... and so ) PS : it's often more a problem to find problems rather than solve it . - build large test files 5 - from promoter - write an english web site - set up project description Jean-Pierre |
