Summary

• Enforce normalized memory_id handling and add chat stream/pagination improvements.
• Make JetStream sync_interval configurable across compose/k8s/helm; document durability tuning.
• Wire safety-kernel Redis config for policy bundle fragments; harden guardrails demos and docs.

Testing

• go test ./...
• cordumctl up (docker compose)
• tools/scripts/platform_smoke.sh (inside compose network)
• tools/scripts/demo_guardrails.sh (inside compose network)

Notes

• Docs include non-local gateway example; demo scripts now wait for worker heartbeat.
• Wiki update pending (local wiki/ directory is untracked here).
