#31 trouble with saving and lost models

Some users have reported trouble with lost models and trouble with saving existing models.

There are no logs committed and the problem could be caused both by user and CORAS. Either way this should be improved by recoverage of old versions.

Some cases cause XML-errors when re-opening diagrams. The saving routine should be more fail proof so that xml containing errors do not occur.
