I am not exactly sure what you have tried so far. Does the normal CCRT installation work. In other words after you have installed CCRT, can you make a publication via the web interface http://localhost:8080/Publisher/publication.html?
Let me also know what OS you are using.
The problem is, i want to use Coppercore to be able to make some publication into coppercore, but instep to be like http://localhost:8080/Publisher/publication.html?, i want to put coppercore in some Server machine, acess to there and publication my contents like http://servermachine:8080/Publisher/publication.html?.
Resuming, i have a machine, making(or running) CopperCore like server, and in some other machine i want to be able acess and public packages.
I using Windows XP SP2 in the terminal machine, and the server is a Windows XP 64.

You can either call publish(byte imsPackageData, String imsPackageName) via Java through the CopperCoreAdmin entreprise bean or do the same call via SOAP (See API in documentation section of CopperCore site). If CopperCore is configured correctly this should work. Have a look at the Clicc code for an example of this call.
