Changes in coolreciver v0.9:
- CoolReciver_Y04G0051.xml added (thanks kheldar)
- Removed WinfastPVRDouble, WinfastPVR2Double and WFFM
- WFMultRM is form now on the only launcher
- WFMultRM now has timeout option (it can be disabled if you put -1 for timeout value in WFMultRM.ini), and you can set default app to start after timeout.
- Coolreciver setup now has the option to select TotalMedia and Custom beside PVR and PVR2 as doubled apps. If you select custom you need to specify WindowClassName and WindowName.

New plug in version, changed the launcher GUI, improved WinfastPVR2 support and added launcher for WinfastPVR2.

Added definitions for Y0400033, Y0400046, Y0400052 and Y04G0004 remote control models. Also you can log received key codes by setting log level to debug in mediaportal. Therefore this plug in only works on mediaportal v0.2.3.0 and newer.
