#1 playlist dl before stream

This patch will download .pls and .m3u passed into
coolplayer's right click player > open location > url
feature. You can view a list of streams for the server in
the playlist. It will auto select the first url in the
playlist, by default, to stream.

Download the url and patch with gnu patch.

hey trypt0, sorry for the delay; coolplayer's been kinda
dormant for a while.

this looks pretty good. i'll go over it a little bit to
make sure i understand what's going on, and then see about
getting it in the next release.
