I have installed cool mp3 but the login system don't
work for the first auto-generated admin account.
Is it an MD5 crypto password from the Post var error?
It worked when I installed coolmp3db here on sourceforge.
install.php was written very fast and probably not so good.
It should work now but F*** S*** i will look into it.

a MD5 hash of the password.

I have read my source briefly and I can't find any faults.
If you had a earlier version of coolmp3db installed and
havent deleted the old tables there will be some kind of
error. I have reinstalled the database on 2 different
computers and I still don't get the error you are
describing.

I also have run into this problem ...the l/p given on setup
will not work....beta copy 2.1 of coolmp3db, mysql 3.23.43,
php 4.06,iis5 and win2kadvserver

workaround....help please.
