If directory name begins with '.' ex(.ssh), then it is not displayed at all. The only way to enter this directory is to use 'cd' commnad from command line
I can't reproduce this. Does it not work in ftp or network...?
Uncheck in "Settings -> Operations -> View folders via shell functions" - all files and folders will be displayed independent on settings in Windows Exlorer.
