Dear All I am new to Conzilla. Just installed Conzilla 2.3 on my system with Java 7. Hi there, Following the wiki pages I found out that to start using Conzilla I have to have a personal space or account on the collaboration server and to mail the team my request. My humble understanding is that this forum is the place where to send such request, please readers of this list to excuse me if I am wrong. The Conzilla team is proud to announce the release of Conzilla 2.2 [1].
This is a usability release for improving the user experience and making
it easier to perform collaborative conceptual modeling.
The major improvements since version 2.1 are:
* Undo/redo functionality in edit mode.
* Advanced logging for improved user feedback.
* Improved "Offline mode".
* Keyboard shortcuts for most important editing actions.
* Various improvements for editing single concepts and their
relations to context-maps and sessions.
* Context-Map metadata files (.ccm) and associated mime-type for
easy opening of context-maps.
* Support for importing collaboration settings from files, makes
initial installation easier.
* Announcements to the Sindice semantic indexer [2] when publishing
context-maps or contributions.
* "Source view" for viewing a context-map in RDF.
* Multi-threaded loading of context-maps resulting in smoother
surfing.
* Various improvements in the session manager.
* New status bar with information on context-maps.
* Splash screen with progress bar when starting Conzilla.

generated change log of our bugtracker [3] for details!
Conzilla 2.2 requires a Java Runtime Environment in version 1.5 or newer
and can be installed via the download [4] page. If you already have an
installation of Conzilla 2.1 it should be sufficient to launch Conzilla
via the shortcuts. Java Web Start will then take care of the upgrade.

The development has been down for some time due to other priorities but we hope to be more active now when we have recently gained some new master thesis students that has focus on some specifics within the Conzilla project. Hi! I'm pleased to hear that you are trying it out. I guess you are using the webstart version. If not you probably should consider that since it is the one that is most up to date. Try Conzilla 1.1 B2 this one should have the create button that is mentioned in the FAQ. In the version you are using, to create an axon is unneccessary complicated and I actually don't remember from the top of my head how to do it. I've been working on a new version of Conzilla for some time now that stores the graphs in RDF instead of homebrewn XML. If you are interested in aspects of RDF and the semantic web, please tell me and I will try to provide you with the latest version (only available through CVS currently and the build process is still somewhat problematic).
