Welcome back Scott. It must be the American food... Well, I haven't used Convey much in my class because I haven't told my students much about it yet. I've been experimenting with it and it is a bit difficult to create stuff on the fly. It seems communication visually would be slow from a user point of view. Funny, I've been worried about network speed for so long I never thought about user speed. However, I talked with Andy today about templates and I think if it was possible to create them, it may actually be alot faster to communicate this way. The other thing is that I have been crazily creating curriculum for this math tutoring class I got passed the curriculum committe last semester. It feels like I'm writing a book about math tutoring. So it's been a full dish with that and the fact we are down several excellent tutors. I've been spending about 6 of my 8 hours per day out on the floor tutoring (as opposed to 1 or 2).
