Basic idea: Use the vector that tend to infinitely (but finite) near 0. (extends small region.)
Basic idea(2): Parallel normal vector can be used to move projected vector.
Basic idea(3): [-b+epsilon/|t| b',P][t tx]<=epsilon b', solvee is forall s>0, s*x_0 so at point t (out of epsilon), solvee guarantees inner point.
N.B.: If we don't solve equality conditions first, because the volume vanished, the method fails. And after each stage, the result have multiplied orthogonal matrix with n free dimensions with suitable fixes, have to have volumes. Even if so, if fixed okay, if not so, last a few stage of that, the method should fixes them.
N.B.: accuracy for solving stable, we can only use about 1/4 of calculating.
