#11 Making Boost Optional for Qt Builds

When we build with Qt, our boost support is really rather extraneous. It's good to have for the library and command-line variants, but the GUI doesn't need it. There are multiple parts to this issue:

• determine whether we can use Qt as a drop-in replacement, particularly for our regex
• update code to conditionally use Qt methods for filesystem, threads, and regex
• update CMake to handle conditional compilation of Boost

I think we may just want to get rid of boost entirely and just use QT for both command line and GUI.
