#36 RETAIN panel re-size settings when viewing other Tabs

On the General Tab in RMIR and on the Layout Tab in RM (2.00 preview 6) although one can re-size the various panels, when one goes to view another tab and returns to the General or Layout tabs, their sizing has reverted to the default. Please make them "remember" the resized settings that the user has selected. An example where this works correctly is the Buttons Tab in RM
