* Fixed yet still more miscommits

* Removed some miscommitted files

* Duplicated arch/ code to other sub-controls to test build fixes

* Removed more old/miscomitted files from the repo

* Removed old source files (src/lib/*).

* Small cleanup to build the console_server control properly.
Produces an executable now.

* Initial import of the new tree. Still some old stuff left. Should
build the test control in src/boot and try(?) to build to test control
in src/controls/console_server. Nothing really works yet, but I have
to try a different C compiler, which means a new distro install in an
emulator and therefore I decided to commit what I have for convenience.
