* Network.sc builds now
* Added hello_world.sc ("Hello, World!" test for console server)
* Updated build.sh to build hello_world.sc

* Initial commit of console server and networking support.

nothing is building right now, but I have made a lot of changes
and I need to update them to avoid some chaos.

* Small cleanup to build the console_server control properly.
