Updates

Almost two weeks since the last blog post. New stuff:

• Build system is a lot better and builds the 'controlix' executable using only Automake.
• Directory structure rework - makes more sense now, still a lot to do.
• Simple console shell. Need to make some commands now.
• First retargetable interface is printk().
