POM file plugins missing some version numbers ... to build with Eclipse Indigo + MVN, these version #s minimally needed:

1.7 org.codehaus.mojo
2.2.1 org.apache.maven.plugins

This produces a .jar file. However the project in Eclipse still looks broken.
