Can C++11 delegating constructors be used to separate constructor body definition from its declaration and contract even when member initializers are used?

This might change the API because initialize(...) will no longer be part of the macro... but it could still be backward compatibly: if initialize is in the macros then same as now, if it's not then C++11 delegating constructors are used.
I'd have to look into what can be done.
