Selecting previously defined quotes is a bit tricky - would be good if when you double clicked anywhere in an inline element, the selection automatically expanded to the innermost inline element defined (double-clicking again could select the next innermost inline element - for nested inlines).
Actually we could even make it so that the user can dbl-click his way up the element hierarchy, so next it will select the block, then the topic etc...

This is pretty complex and not really possible for this version.
I think this is a lower priority now given that we have the clicking on the tree thing working.
