I just checked out the latest version. I think that the entries in the metadata hierarchy are going to get too long to comfortably see the metadata and content at the same time. What would you think about putting the metadata at the bottom of the screen (where the debug info is currently)? Then the main content would also have enough width to be viewed properly.
I also think that we're going to need some kind of indication in the content margin that shows the user when a context has been defined (like the vertical margin lines in a code editor which help you see nested structures). Otherwise I feel it'll be too confusing to know what text has already been marked up.
