Steps:
Open up a project and insert multiple sprites.
Array Paste

I get this often, but closing and re-opening the cap corrects it. Hence, no cap.

Confirmed, if your layout zoom is different than 100%, the array paste is misaligned. Array paste should take the current layout zoom level into account.
