#4 source code for ConsPred2 binary

We're trying to run this program on our system, but we need to recompile it for our system since the ABI is different:

ConsPred2: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `CXXABI_1.3.9' not found (required by /home/ckim/ConsPred/modules/bin/ConsPred2)

We couldn't find the source code for that binary in order to rebuild it. Could you point it out or include it in the distribution if it's missing?

Please get the sources from there.
