#2 Maximise GUI on load

The gui fails to maximise on application load in windows.
It opens a tiny amount just showing the minimise and
close buttons.

Well, I thought it was fixed but it appears it only works
correctly when the jar is launched from a commandline, if it is
launched straight from the jar or through the vb wrapper then
it opens minimised. Perhaps this is just a problem on my box, it
didn't seem to happen on the Mac I've tested on. If anyone
else has any problems then let me know and I'll see what I can
find.
