#37 One Instance DDE version
The goal of this patch is to:
- Let the user configure Console such that only one instance of Console runs and that other instance launch induces new tabs in the first one
- Let the user configure Console such that Console reuse existing tabs if they share the same type and the same working directory
- Let the user integrate Console with explorer such that the user can launch Console from the context menu associated to a file (e.g.: a script) or to a folder
