#389 shortcut keys for top level menu items

Console is great! To make it even greater, please add the standard shortcut keys to the top level menu items:
Alt-F for File
Alt-E for Edit
Alt-V for View
Alt-H for Help

I'm always hitting Alt-F, X to exit a window and can't do it with Console.

The problem is that some people will complain that they can't use their favourite shortcuts in their favourite shell (Alt+F moves the cursor in Unix-born shells).

And if we add few more settings, we can start certifying people for Console configuration (anybody for MCSE - Marko Certified Setting-up Expert :)
