I think a total Window Transparency would be a nice addition to the program alongside with the other Alpha tranparency effects. The idea initally came from MinTTY located at http://code.google.com/p/mintty/

For the time being, you can get close enough by unchecking Caption, Border, Show scrollbars, Show menu, Show toolbar, Show status bar in Appearance -> More... of the Setting dialog. Please see mintty-console.png.
