#308 Shell Integration Launch Console from file

I like to be able to launch easily a console in the folder that contain a file (typically a script). It is more convinient to launch the console from the file that from the parent folder that you have to find.

In order to do that I'll be glad if the -d switch could get a file and interpret it as it was its parent folder.

I patched Console in order to have that behavior. If someone is interested I'll be glad to sent my patch.
