#213 Hotspot activation

Provide an option whereby only clicking on a hotspot in the corner of the window will activate Console. Clicks anywhere else on an inactive Console window will fall through to the window below.

This would allow me to have an almost transparant Console window, always on top, but still be able to use the applications sitting underneath.

The Hotspot could be an alternate-colour area that becomes opaque when the mouse is over it and a ctrl-click could move the hotspot to another corner in case it was in the way of the application below.
