Blinking cursors have a annoying problem. I use Console to edit code in a vim editor (in text mode). When I move the cursor quickly and it disappears due to its blinking behaviour, I loose the track of where the cursor has arrived in the line. My proposal is that cursor blinking is stopped while moving.
