#175 Strings to resources

I tried to localize Console. I translated menus & dialogs, but many of text strings are not placed into resources, so it's hard to translate it. And in resources placed some standard strings, not used in the program.
Please move all localizable strings into resources, and clean it from unused entries.

Could you also please change the subject to include something like i18n (to help Leonardo with 1695068) and/or l10n (which is better definition, because there is not much to internationalize, just some translation)?

I suggest to declare this request an official discussion of l10n efforts.
