When the color is set to <0,0,0> for a flat or encarta style scrollbar, the color on the screen (as I see it) comes out a dark gray.
Ah - I see, it's not a solid color on the scrollbar, but a checkerboard pattern.
Would it be possible to have an option to have it be a solid color?

I see. Oh well. I'll just have to choose complementary colors instead of trying to match them. I guess.
