OK, I'm sure this will document a stupid mistake, but...

Running on Win2kSP4, using Console 1.41. Had it running fine on same machine, then removed. After reinstalling, it no longer runs properly.

1. installed into c:\program files\console
2. installed font (default from xml file)
3.a. Installed .inf file (from within proper dir - I think - had explorer open to above dir, rt-clicked on .inf file, then install)
3.b. command line is "C:\Program Files\Console\console.exe" and COMPSEC does point to cmd.exe properly.
4. Now, when starting Console, I can see the console window flash open, then immediate close - too quick to see any message.
5. Same as above when launching from rt-click on folder

Ideas/tips/suggestions/embarrasing prods all welcome.
