How to open a new tab from command line?

I already have a the Console application opened. I want to add a new tab to the existing application with a specific current directory. My intend is to add this as a command to TotalCommander. Right now I use a command line like:

      console2.exe -d …startup directory…

Unfortunately this launches a second Console Window. How can I add this as a new tab to the existing window instead of launching a new one?

Oh yes, I miss this too.
    No one has an idea?

    Nice, ConEmu looks very interesting.
    Thanks a lot!

My unofficial build from has -reuse flag. If you start an instance of Console as "console -reuse" then you can add a tab to that instance with "console -reuse -t TabName" (tab names are case-sensitive).

    Excellent Kirill!

I wanted to ask about this feature, then I see someone already asked and yet a link to build with -reuse feature.
    Works great, as expected

    Thanks :)
