#410 Console2 does not pick up Windows System properties (PATH)

Console2 does not pick up any changes to Windows System properties (PATH). After the start of Console2.
Unless the machine is restarted. Even quitting & restarting Console2 does not pick up the latest PATH or other Environmental & System
variables.

This makes it difficult to use Console2 to run newer programs and files that have been added recently to the path.

Console picks up the new environment when opening a new tab. The fact that even restarting Console does not pick up the changes makes me wonder: how do you change the environment?

Please, include the version of Console you're running (including 32-bit or 64-bit), and the version of your OS.
