Marko,

the "bonus" is the following sequence keeps the first item unmovable:
1. Start Console with Menu and Toolbar hidden
2. View -> Menu (shows Menu unmovable)
3. View -> Toolbar (shows Toolbar movable, but keeps Menu unmovable)
4. doing View -> Menu (or View -> Toolbar) two times makes both of them movable.
