ConsoleX, "X" meaning anything, is the most versatile console for windows. In math we use "X" to define any thing in an linear equation, this shows that it can be balanced from other variables to produce the correct value. ConsoleX is developed using the .NET framework in C# as a library to be implemented in applications. This has been tested on x86 and 64bit operating systems.

This better alternative windows console can perform basic tasks on its own, but the primary workings come from the available plugins. An example would be to use an active directory plugin with a network watcher, email client or even the trace mapper plugin with a packet sniffer, thus making this better alternative windows console versatile.

-The wiki uses [Markdown](/p/console-x/wiki/markdown_syntax/) syntax.
+ConsoleX is a better simple, easy to use alternative windows console made from the idea of two of the most powerful consoles which run on different operating systems. One of which runs on Linux called "terminal" and the other on MacOSX. This alternative console can peform lots of tasks like network administration all the way to tracing ipaddresses using geo technonlogy, now ConsoleX can do a lot more with the mixture of plugins. With the right plugins you can turn this simple alternative console application in to a powerful network administration panel.
