Overview
PROGRAM Console is a local software environment for representing, transforming, validating, and inspecting structured data objects while preserving source references and computational verification evidence.
The architecture is designed to keep source observations, derived representations, transformation operations, verification results, and analytical visualizations distinct.
PROGRAM Console is the execution and verification interface for the PROGRAM architecture. It is not limited to a dashboard or visualization layer.
Core Architecture
The initial processing model is:
"Input → Paramorphic Object → Transposition → Verification → Evidence Ledger → Read-Only Observatory"
Each stage has a defined responsibility. A later stage must not silently rewrite the source observation or misrepresent derived data as an original measurement.

Foundational Principles
Current Implementation Status
The initial Python representation and verification foundation is implemented. The current unit test suite contains 16 tests, which passed in the reported local run.
The initial repository foundation and the subsequent generated-file cleanup have been pushed to SourceForge.
The binary decoder, persistent append-only Evidence Ledger, and complete read-only Network Observatory are not yet established as implemented components. Their specifications must remain distinct from completed functionality.
Scope and Limitations
PROGRAM Console currently establishes a software architecture for structured representation and computational integrity. It does not, by itself, establish sensor calibration, physical measurement accuracy, electromagnetic behavior, or equivalence between different physical domains.
A valid hash demonstrates agreement with the hashed bytes. It does not independently establish who produced those bytes, whether a sensor was calibrated, or whether the underlying observation was physically accurate.

This wiki documents the intended architecture, the currently implemented behavior, the verification boundaries, and the remaining engineering work. Changes to formats or semantics should be documented and versioned rather than silently inferred.
