#1 Read shell menu name from registry

Please read SettingsHandler.cpp:strExplorerMenuRunItem from registry instead of saving it in the DLL.

The reason is that I want to change Alt keyboard shortcut ampersand in the name.

I have added Alt keyboard shortcuts to the context menu. In the new version you'll not be able to edit the way you want but at least you'll have some shortcuts available (&Run Console and &Post to Console).
