This error is related to the integration of Console with the explorer. To be able to install that part of the software you have to have administrator rights?

This error occurs for me too - Windows 7 64bit and yes even with Administrator rights.

I am a local administrator, ran the .exe explicitly as admin (from explorer: right-click, "Run as Admin", and reproduced the above error on Windows 7 64bit.

I have this error too and am also running as an admin.

I previously had the original Console2 installed and set up in the registry with a shell context menu. Don't know if that's relevant.
