#1 Add "don't send to me anymore" code in MasterController

It was agreed that MasterController should have a way to be told, by a Messsageable and/or Outlet, that it wants to not receive any more messages/data. So, write the code in MasterController that takes these and removes them from everyone else's lists of "who do I send things to".
