[Connotea-code-devel] citation plug-in

hi,
i've written a citation plug-in for journals published on
http://www.livingreviews.org/ and i'd like to know how to contribute
it. just post it to this this list? or put it on sourceforge? i'm also
planning on writing another one for arxiv unless anybody else is
already doing so. please let me know if there already is one.
