[Connotea-code-devel] The Web API is out

Hi All,

After a number of hints and suggestions, we've announced the Connotea Web
API:

How it works is documented on the Community Pages:

And there are also some Perl and Ruby wrapper libraries:

This is an initial version, and we're expecting to make changes based on
user feedback.  So please do have a play if you're interested, and let me
know what your experience is.

We've been experimenting with a few applications that use this ourselves
(one of which is the Tagging Tool for EPrints:
http://www.connotea.org/taggingtool), and I'd be happy to help if you're
thinking of working on one yourself.
