A new version of Connotea Code is out and downloadable from SourceForge:

This contains all the major upgrades in functionality that we're released o=

connotea.org over the past few months.  Highlights are:

 * Full text search of bookmarks, tags and metadata
 * New citation modules: Blackwell, PubMed Central, Wiley, ePrints
 * Speed optimisations
 * Alpha-version Web API

Yes indeed -- we have the beginnings of a Web API.  More details on how it
works, and on when you can start querying Connotea, will follow sometime in
the next week.
