For the cases where either the user isn't logged in, doesn't have a  
Connotea account or hasn't registered a preferred OpenURL resolver,  
would you consider adding
a) an invisible COinS <http://ocoins.info/>
and perhaps b) a visible link to OCLC's OpenURL Gateway <http:// 
worldcatlibraries.org/registry/gateway>
as defaults?

Apologies if something like this is already present - I had a quick  
look but couldn't see anything.
