#4 Packaged version of Connotea

Please consider providing a DEB or RPM file which contains the correct dependencies to install Connotea. As it it, I have spent far too long trying to get it to install, wasting much time with installing dozens of perl modules, and trying to track down the cause of perl error messages.

Having a self-contained package, which has all/most of the needed perl packages included in it (along with connotea itself) would simplify installation of Connotea considerably.

Installing Connotea should be made to be a breeze.
