#2 Dynamic tagging

del.icio.us has a very handy system for managing tags.
In connotea, adding new or existing tags involve to
know them all, or forgot some of them during the
tagging process.

It would be very nice to implement a dynamic tagging
interface, where used tags appear somewhere on the add
page, a simple clic putting the down in the form.
